Ingredients: Pineapple (50%), Red Onion, Apple Cider Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Chilli, Nigella Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Salt
This is really special - it's based on the first recipe I ever made for family and friends at Christmas 2013 (I was too broke to buy presents) and now I get to share it with you all as Condimental's first ever own-label release!
We've added nigella seeds and turmeric to enhance the summertime burst of pineapple, which stretches its appeal from ham sandwiches all the way to a spiced up fragrant rice dish. Classy cheese boards to a hungover slice of Dominos. This is the people’s chutney.
