What’s your shipping policy?

Shipping is applied at checkout based on your order’s total weight - we prefer Sendle couriers as the most reliable and cost-effective choice for most addresses, however regional and rural postcodes may not be serviced.

Shipping overseas? We can send to USA, Canada, UK, Hong Kong and some parts of Europe. Rates will be applied at checkout if we can service your location.

We print, pack and send out online orders 2-3 times a week from our shop, Picnic Central. If you have a deadline for your order to arrive (ie. A birthday), please leave us an order comment or send an email. If you just need your condiments to arrive ASAP, please select ‘Auspost Express’.

Any other special requests, please feel free to leave an order comment for us.

How does gifting Condimental boxes work?

Your gift message will be printed on a compostable sticker and attached to the inside of the box. Please keep messages to 50 words or less!

We do not include invoices, payment or payee details in our orders, so unless you want your recipient to think they have a secret admirer, be sure to leave a gift message.

Gifted or not, we always ensure our boxes are hand-packed with care and love to ensure the unboxing experience is as delightful as possible.

How does the Seasonal Subscription work?

It’s a recurring subscription to our Seasonal Box, which we curate quarterly based on calendar seasons.

We send out new subscriber orders immediately, including a ‘You’re Subscribed!’ Card inside with our contact details in case customers need to get in touch.

Subsequent boxes are sent roughly three months apart; you’ll receive an email notifying you of the upcoming charge and then another once the order has been processed. You can cancel or postpone your subscription at any time.

Subscribers can log into their account to check their order status, postpone or cancel a subscription any time.

Unfortunately address changes are not possible for existing subscription orders: Instead you’ll need to cancel the old one and re-subscribe.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes. We can create custom condiment packs and/or custom products that feature your company or brand logo.

I’m currently subscribed, but need to change my delivery address.

This is a common issue, and unfortunately active subscriptions can’t have their address changed. The only way to change a subscription delivery address is to cancel it and sign up with the new details.

What’s the deal with posting living, fermented products?

We strongly recommend selecting ‘Express Post’ for unpasteurised fermented products to a daytime address with somebody who can receive and place in a fridge.

While these products won’t spoil or be unsafe for consumption, spending too long in warm environments may cause products to start fizzing, lids popping off, or degradation of colour and flavour.

Can I order individual items?

Yes! Single items will be sent in a padded mailer pouch, while two or more items are sent in cardboard / mailer boxes. Mix and match your favourites!

What are the health benefits or risks in these products?

Condimental provides no advice on health-related claims and strongly recommends anyone with allergies or intolerances to check directly with the manufacturer if any clarification is required.
