Greg from Block 11 Organics brought us a few boxes of this special seasonal harvest, which we pickled in a spiced brine made from chardonnay vinegar, bay leaf, peppercorns and fennel seeds.
Best enjoyed straight from the jar, chopped up and added to salads, pastas, ceviche, antipasti plates or stir-fry kind of dishes. You can also cook it into your dishes in place of raw garlic at a 2:1 ratio. Enjoy!
